AteAteAte

ATE ATE ATE is the newest property in the collection of unique destinations owned by the Windfall Group and will be operated by the outstanding team at Hospitality HQ. Our food hall is part of a new development at Burnsville Center, a popular community hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment that first opened in 1977. Burnsville Center itself is under new ownership and is being updated and revitalized in ways that will reflect today’s lifestyle preferences for an exciting new gathering place. The new food hall aims to bring international cuisine with nine diverse vendors, a central bar, and Enson Market, an Asian supermarket. 

Great Southern Box Company

Once a warehouse supporting citrus production in Orlando's Packing District, the Great Southern Box Building has undergone a transformative journey to become The Southern Box Food Hall which will house food vendors, a brewery and versatile event hall. The project, integral to the overarching vision of the Packing District's redevelopment, promises to be a cornerstone of the revitalized district.

Alta Calidad (Spanish for “high quality”) is an innovative Mexican restaurant located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Helmed by award winning chef, Akhtar Nawab, ACBK is the winner of the 2018 Michelin Bib Gourmand Award. 

Solaire Social

Solaire Social is Silver Spring’s highly anticipated culinary collective opening in Spring 2024. The 13,000 SF dining destination, bar, and Top Golf Suite will feature a collection of 11 artisan concepts from across the globe, curated by award-winning chef and restaurateur, Akhtar Nawab. Solaire Social lives by the motto “Eat. Drink.
