Colorful leaf sculptures by local artist, Therman Statom, flow throughout the exterior of the space.

Guests of Inner Rail are able to select from 10 diverse concepts for both lunch and dinner. Current vendors include:

The Bánh Mì Shop

The second location of a beloved local establishment, The Bánh Mì Shop, Chef and Owner Chloe Tran continues to grow her Vietnamese-style sandwich and bubble tea shop in Omaha that specializes in well-balanced, yet savory bites in a fast-casual environment. Inspired by her Vietnamese heritage and her love for authentic cuisine, she developed The Bánh Mì Shop’s unique Vietnamese-American identity. Bánh Mì is a combination of a light and airy baguette paired with homemade egg mayonnaise, sweet carrot and daikon pickles, fresh cucumber, and cilantro all paired together to create the most popular sandwich in Vietnam. Tran and her team make everything from scratch, including fresh bread, mayonnaise, pâté, meat, and pickles. Tran, who was born in Vietnam and moved to the U.S. in 2012, created the space to share her culture and its authentic flavors, which she does with zeal and precision.

Noli’s Pizzeria

At Noli’s Pizzeria in Omaha, the second location of the family-owned and operated restaurant by husband and wife duo Krystin (Krys) and Joel Marsh, “New York-style” is more than just a name. Inspired by the coal ovens of famous New York City pizza establishments, the Marshes knew that in order to replicate the flavor and taste so distinct to the city, they would have to perfect their operation down to a science—including the water. To accomplish that, the couple recruited a local water filtration company to mimic the exact granite filtered qualities of New York’s water, resulting in pizzas that cannot be found anywhere else outside the five boroughs, and Omaha. Serving fresh and local ingredients, the New York Neapolitan pizzeria’s menu largely sticks to the classics, although there is a smattering of specialty pies, including “The DiManzo,” a filet mignon and portobello mushroom concoction with a white wine gorgonzola sauce for a bite that is decadent, yet balanced.

Maharani Indian Kitchen

Maharani Indian Kitchen is located within Omaha’s newest food hall experience, Inner Rail Food Hall at Aksarben Village. Led by partners Vidhya Selvaraj, Amit Singh, and Sambu Singh, who have worked together for more than a decade in Omaha’s restaurant scene, Maharani Indian Kitchen pays homage to their Indian heritage. Menu items include kebabs, Biryani, curry plates, naan, and the signature combo bowls. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-free items are also available upon request.

Chef and restaurateur Akhtar Nawab is bringing the third location of his beloved taco establishment to the great city of Omaha in October 2019. Nestled in Aksarben Village at Inner Rail Food Hall, ACTQ offers an elevated approach to simple Mexican inspired foods such as tacos and roti, with best-sellers including a mushroom a la plancha roti with black beans and crispy queso and spit-roasted steak tacos with guajillo salsa and cilantro. Short for Alta Calidad Taqueria and named after Nawab’s lauded Brooklyn restaurant Alta Calidad, the restaurateur opened the first location of ACTQ in New Orleans just off the dining room at Otra Vez in the spring of 2019, followed shortly after by a second location in the Time Out Market in Brooklyn.

Sofra Creperie

With more than a decade of experience owning, managing, and growing their fast-casual crepe restaurants in Eastern Europe, the team at Sofra Creperie is taking their family’s secret recipes on the road to Inner Rail Food Hall in Aksarben Village. After opening several restaurants, the chef has perfected the creperie experience. Serving fresh and local ingredients, Sofra Creperie will offer both sweet and savory crepes, appealing to a variety of palates. Savory options will be light, yet filling, with favorites including Chicken Caesar and Mediterranean crepes. Although Sofra’s primary focus will be on savory options, a handful of dessert crepes will be on the menu as well, including the Nutella, a crowd favorite for over a decade.

B Squared Burger

Inner Rail Food Hall’s B Squared Burger, a fast-casual burger shop from Chef Kenny Cuomo and business partner Charles Grund, serves the finest quality beef from Greater Omaha. With a keen focus on preserving the flavor of B Squared Burger’s meat, the restaurant offers a limited number of toppings, as well as buns made fresh from local Omaha bakery, Farine and Four. For those looking for something a little lighter with just as much flavor and thought, B Squared Burger will also serve additional American classics including chicken sandwiches, sweet potato tots, and hot dogs.

Briggs Bean

Briggs Bean, founded by Chef Kenny Cuomo and business partner Charles Grund, is the coffee concept located within Inner Rail Food Hall. Here, freshly brewed coffee is sourced directly from Trade Craft, a purveyor with roasting partners across the country. Delicious teas, nitro cold brew, and pastries from local business Sweet Magnolia are also on the menu, with popular add-ons such as oat and almond milks available for guests to customize their beverages.

Kathmandu Momo

Owners Aagya Subedi, Rocky Shrestha, and Sagar Gurung are bringing authentic Nepalese street cuisine and Burmese ramen to Inner Rail Food Hall via Kathmandu Momo Station. In April 2019, husband and wife duo, Gurung and Mira Tamata, opened their first brick-and-mortar location of Kathmandu Momo Station in the Blackstone District of Nebraska with their partner Shrestha and guest chef, Subedi. Their newest restaurant will add to their concept in Blackstone District, serving Nepalese street food, with best-sellers being their momo and savory Burmese ramen. In addition, they will be expanding their focused menu with additional ethnic and authentic Nepalese and Burmese flavors that will only be offered at their Inner Rail Food Hall location.

Ela’s Creamery

Named after owner and chef Akhtar Nawab’s daughter and inspired by her love for ice cream, Ela’s Creamery brings the classic American ice cream shop to Inner Rail Food Hall at Aksarben Village. The creamery’s offerings are simple, with soft-serve machines rotating two different flavors weekly, which can be enjoyed as a “twist” or individually. Traditional flavors, such as chocolate or vanilla, will be offered in addition to variations to the Crème Anglaise base, like salted caramel and cinnamon. Guests can also choose from a vast range of toppings.

Backstretch Bar

Complementing the diverse array of internationally inspired vendors at Inner Rail Food Hall, Backstretch Bar serves as the primary watering hole for the space. The bar offers a variety of both classic and inventive cocktails, as well as domestic and imported wines and beers. Located within Omaha’s premier entertainment district, guests of Backstretch Bar can enjoy their beverages sitting down with a meal or by carrying their drinks throughout the venue for a fully immersive experience.
